Assessing effectiveness of teaching practice towards quality preparation of preservice technical teachers

چکیده

The study assesses effectiveness of teaching practice towards quality preparation preservice technical teachers for the world work considering support received from cooperating vis-à-vis: planning/development lessons, classroom management/control, professional personality/responsibility, skills, number periods and challenges confronting teachers, were investigated. adopted a descriptive survey research design. Data obtained using structured questionnaire sample 82 teachers. collected data analyzed mean, standard deviation, independent t-test ANOVA to test hypotheses at 0.05% level significance. found that supports training have positive impacts on with vis-a-vis domains preparation. However, shows gender school type does not influence teachers’ perception regards training. Consequently, recommended schools administrators should increase acceptability guidance out modalities institutions ensure work, identified be taken care improve competence
